Well it is time to leave WA state and I have to say, it was easier than I thought, yet difficult all at the same time. The plan was to leave on the 23rd, the day after Garrett detached from the boat, but we found out we could have our house after the weekend (from 27th on the waiting list to next, NOT going to complain), so we pushed back our departure until Sunday the 25th. We have an incredibly long trip planned, WA to Cali to NM to Texas to NM to Cali to stay. About a 2-3 week vacation, one that my doctor's do NOT want me to take.
32 weeks preggo - I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes but only set to monitor my blood sugars and they wanted to start seeing me 2 times a week, but with us moving that wasn't going to happen. They wanted me to get to Cali as soon as possible. (seeing now that might've been best, more later on that) I was rechecked for protein in my urine because of my high blood pressure but things were still ok. Swelling started this past week, I kept saying I looked like I was auditioning for the Stay Puff Marshmellow Man for the new Ghostbusters... So ready for the lil miss to be here...
We are on the road and miss our family and friends terribly, but I am hoping Cali won't be that bad.
