Blessed...Doubly...

We have been blessed to purchase 2 new(er) vehicles for our family. Both of our cars were reaching their last legs, the mileage was getting up there, and both had some body damage.

I just got mine last night an 06 Tahoe and my husband got his about a month ago, an 06 F250. Thankfully our payments did not change much at all. Now we have sound cars that can get us from point A to point B safely. We now have enough seating to carry 15 people between the 2 vehicles so come June when everyone flies up for our wedding celebration we should be fine.

Not 1, but 2...

What a busy couple of weeks it has been!

Where ever do I begin... Let's start on March 20th, I turned 27! Oh wow, I am old! HAHA, not really.

Taylor has been suffering from really bad ear infections and pretty much a constant cold for the last year. She also has a slight speech problem. We have been in and out of the doctors for it. We finally got in to the ENT and we convinced, or rather we walked in and the dr. said, "ok, I want to take her tonsils and adnoids out, and put tubes in." This was a HUGE blessing because this is what I have wanted done for the last year.

Let's jump ahead to April Fool's Day - Tay had surgery, things went fantastic, and she has been doing great since. She talks a little nasally but things are going great.

Oh did I mention on this same beautiful day, my dear sweet husband wasn't able to be there for the surgery because he was on duty, he was SO distraught, he decided to break his hand! (no, no april fools joke)... He then had to have surgery on April 3rd. He too is doing great.

Both of my little patients are doing great and have made a full recovery, but what are the odds of not 1 but 2 surgeries in a 48 hour period! Only in my sweet little life!!!
